There are 2 main types of UI: the HUD and the menu.
HUD[]
The HUD is always visible in front of and below you. It shows your level, XP, and available abilities. It will also sometimes show your health and rage/mana. The HUD will also show your quest list when you have your left-hand compass (mini-map) open.
The yellow haze that will sometimes surround your field of vision is an indication that you are running out of Stamina
- Lore wise the player's HUD is a function of their essence enhanced vision
Menu[]
Access the menu by using the menu button. (Triple Bar on Oculus, Left Start on PSVR). The menu is divided into sub-menus. Choose between submenus by using the horizontal bar of icons located below the main menu screen.
The icons, from left to right, are Inventory, Godstones, Cooking, Social, Guild, Navigation, Quests, Matchmaking, comfort settings, Audio, Account settings. There is a link to a help menu above the main bar, the help menu is quite out of date and should not be relied upon
Inventory[]
The inventory shows your Stats on the left panel, equipped items on the left side of the center panel, your actual inventory items on the right side of the center panel, and your current Zen in the bottom right corner of the center panel. Inventory space is limited and when the player runs out of slots they will no longer be able to pickup new items.
There is also a panel above your inventory which will indicate what you need to do to continue completing Main Story Quests, including listing when you need to level up to receive the next quest.
Stats UI[]

Constitution (increases Health) | Armor (reduces damage taken) |
Affinity (affects Mana amount) | Mana/Rage (regenerates after being used) |

Items[]
The items are subdivided into General items, Quest items, and Cosmetic items by the tabs at the top of the right side.
Weapons and Armor (except starter weapons) can be turned to dust by dragging them to the icon of a red pile of dust. Other items can be destroyed by dragging them to the red X. Certain items can also be moved from the inventory into the game world by grabbing them (or triangle on PSVR).
Equipped Items[]
Available Slots: Left Hand, Right Hand, Boots, Legs, Chestplate, Hands, Head, and 2 Quick slots.
Godstone UI[]
On the far left is role selection, on the left are active Godstone skills, and on the right is the Soul Forge.

Quests are also shown in the Zenith world as yellow pillars of light that hover over your objective. You can also see yellow arrows around the side of the minimap denoting quest locations.
World events are shown in-world as red pillars of light.
Compass[]
The compass (a.k.a. "Mini-map") is toggleable and will show up on the back of your player's hand. Settings[]
Comfort Settings[]
(these will vary a bit depending upon what platform you are playing on)
- "Portals for Regions" checkbox controls how the game will stream-in new areas (like a new section of landscape). When UN-checked, the new data is streamed-in "seamlessly", on-the-fly...but this could cause framerate drops and temporary visual freezes. To avoid that, if you check it, then when new data is needed, it behaves kind of like you're passing through a "portal"...the screen goes black, the data is streamed-in while you see progress messages, and then you are returned back to the world after all the new data is loaded
- Camera Options: DOF Toggle, Focal Length Dial [~115.0], Aperture Dial [~2.5]
- Graphics: Dynamic Light Toggle, Toggle Equip, Grass Toggle
- Point of View Options: None, First Person, Path Mode, Streamer Mode
Audio Settings[]
You can switch audio channels:
- Global: speak to people near you
- Party: speak to your party, regardless of distance
- Guild: speak to your guild, regardless of distance
Note that your party/guild members also have to be in the party/guild channel to communicate with them.
Currently you can only be in 1 channel at a time.
Account Settings[]
You can see which shard you are on here.
You can log out or exit the game here.
